Stiffell & Wilson takes Health & Safety seriously , the company conducts its businesses by having Health & Safety as one of its fundamentals, which is our moral, legal, and financial duty.
Moral :It’s not acceptable for our workers or staff to suffer injury and ill health as a result of doing their job, demonstrating that Stiffell & Wilson cares about staff safety and health which lead to a happier and more productive workforce.
Legal : The law requires responsible people in organizations to assess reasonably foreseeable risks from the company’s activities and to put in place control measures that will reduce the risks so far as is reasonably practicable.
Financial : Managing health & safety well, can save money through reduced insurance premiums and safer and more effective ways of working.

We have the most highly trained and experienced engineers in the industry. All our staff and approved subcontractors are properly trained with the right qualifications to do the job safely, some of our staff have more than 30 years experience working in the industry

We also ensures that :

  • We manage risk in order to reduce and eliminate it, both for our employees, clients, sub contractors and third parties.
  • Rigorously implement health and safety management systems which is developed as a team work involving all staff with their feedback and experiences and continue to refine and improve them.
